Office Party E-mail

This is an e-mail I found with a bunch of great recipes we used that I thought I had lost:

·      Seared Tuna
Sides:
·      Couscous steamed with vegetables on top
·      Roasted potato wedges with rosemary and lemon
·      Blue cheese chips from the other night (with less salt J). As an appetizer.
·      Cauliflower casserole type dish
·      Asparagus with parmesean/pecorino cheese
