1/2 c bulgar wheat
Handful oats
1.5 c flour- whole wheat
1.15 c juicer pulp- carrots ginger cranberries spinach kale carrots cucumber pear
1/4 c juice from juicer
1/3 c peanut oil
1 egg
1/4 c agave
1/4 c coconut sugar
A few dashes of cinnamon
Set oven to 375 degrees.Mix everything in a bowl, liberally spoon into muffin tins. Place in oven for 25 minutes.
