Mini Crab Cakes
mushrooms
1 lb fresh crab meat
1/4 cup mayo low cal
old bay seasoning
celery seed or flakes
parsley
Dijon Crab Cake Sauce
1 tbsp veg oil
1 shallot- minced
1 garlic- minced
1/2 oz white wine
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp butter (soy or other)
