Nana's Matzah Brie

Matzah
Eggs
Water
Sugar

Step 1
Put a few eggs in a bowl and mix it with pepper.
Step 2
Break up the Matzah and soak it in a bowl of water.  Then, drain the water and soak the Matzah in the bowl of mixed eggs.
Step 3
“Sauté” it in a pan
Step 4
Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with sugar and serve.
